How We Use Your Information:
We use the information to process donations, communicate with you about events, send updates on our work, and improve our website experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Bounce Complaints Policy

Turtle Rescue League uses an email system to communicate with supporters and stakeholders. We take bounce complaints seriously, as they can impact our ability to reach you effectively.

What is a Bounce Complaint?
A bounce occurs when an email cannot be delivered. Hard bounces (e.g., due to an invalid email address) are permanent failures, while soft bounces are temporary, often due to full inboxes or server issues.

Our Approach:
For hard bounces, we automatically remove the email address from our list to avoid future delivery issues. For soft bounces, we may attempt delivery a few more times before temporarily suspending further communication to that address.

If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact us at michael.henry@turtlerescueleague.org, and we will review and update our records as needed.

Complaint Notifications Policy

We welcome feedback from our community and take complaints seriously as part of our commitment to transparency and improvement.

How to Submit a Complaint:
To file a complaint regarding any aspect of Turtle Rescue League’s operations, please email michael.henry@turtlerescueleague.org, or write to us at:

Complaint Resolution Process:
